How it works

A market definition is written as a JSON memo on-chain. The ledger is the registry.
Bet
You send a tagged Payment to the pool account. DestinationTag picks your outcome; SourceTag credits counsel.
Resolve
Markets resolve automatically from the XLS-47 oracle; the outcome is published on-chain. Disputes go to a multisig committee.
Pay out
The parimutuel split is computed, multi-signed, and paid as native Payments. Anyone can recompute it.
